Letter from the Chapter
One of the main reasons I went Sigma Kappa was because of the diversity I saw when I walked into the room for the first day of recruitment. Upon leaving the room, I knew where I wanted to grow and excel as a person not just in my college years but far on beyond them too. The strong diversity isn’t the only thing that sets us apart from other organizations, but it’s our strong values of personal growth, loyalty, friendship and service that set the bar for our unique sisterhood. It is our duty as sisters of Sigma Kappa to fulfill these values throughout our everyday lives that were set by our founders in 1874. This sorority means the world to me and that is the exact reason why I ran for President because I wanted to give back to the sorority that has already given me the world in three short years. This sisterhood is easily one of the best decisions I made and I’m so blessed that I went one heart one way.
